Safeguarding is of paramount importance to our Charity. We take accountability for
ensuring that children, young people and adults at risk of harm, neglect and exploitation
receive the support, help and protection they need. We have a Child Protection
Statement, displayed within our venue, a Child Protection Policy Statement and
Procedures plus a Safeguarding Adults At Risk of Harm Statement, Policy Statement
and Procedures. These policies/procedures are reviewed annually by the board of
trustees with any changes to legislation being implemented immediately. All staff
trustees and volunteers being informed and trained accordingly. All staff, as part of their
terms and conditions of employment, are required to undertake mandatory training.
